AlexOm Out: Investors Take Control of MTTMarket, 2CardsCollege, MacroPoker
Investors of MTTMarket, 2CardsCollege, and MacroPoker have announced significant changes in the management of these projects. In a statement published on the GipsyTeam forum, it was revealed that AlexOm is being removed from the list of managers and shareholders of the projects.
Mikhail Khishtaki Mun will take over as the new manager. The investors have expressed no legal disputes with Ivan but have concerns about the quality of management, financial transparency, and reputation. Ivan's share has been redistributed among the investors, with no additional investments involved.
The changes will not affect the services provided to clients, and funding for the buyout of shares through the Fund will continue. The decision was made by a qualified majority of shareholders, and discussions are ongoing on the forum.
